Kibu Interaction

The goal of KIBU Interaction is to use the experience and professional knowledge gained in our everyday work to rethink existing applications and services, especially issues relating to usability, graphic interface, and user-interaction. Additionally we are able to port these services to different platforms, such as web, IPTV, Android, iPhone or a simple Java application. Our most important goal is to produce applications and services that users will enjoy.

Kibu Interaction / 4GTV

The new logic of the converging media space in the past years has significantly reformed models of consuming, producing and spreading online content.

With this new logic in mind, we designed a system that combines the channel-based logic of traditional TV with the browsing capabilities of online video streaming. It provides content to users on the screens of televisions, computers and mobile phones while seamlessly blending the three platforms and the associated content.

Kibu Interaction / Artur website

ARTUR was created and managed by KÉK (Hungarian Contemporary Architecture Center) with the aim of highlighting notable contemporary architecture projects in Budapest.

On the website you can choose between seven walkable tours shown on the map. After clicking an individual building, a description, detailed info box, map and several images of the structure appear.

The project is available at www.artur.org.hu.

Kibu Interaction / Babbl

Babbl is an ultimate language tool, especially for word learning. The main idea is that you can store words you want to learn in wordlists so later you can practice with them. You can share these wordlists with your friends or classmates and play games or competitions on them. It is also an outdoor activity as you can play or study your words while you are going from one place to another, on a bus, etc.

Kibu Interaction / EPG redesign

This project is a functional, structural and graphical redesign of EPG (version 1.3) which is a TV/radio program guide application for the iPhone. The former version was available in the App Store in October 2009.

Kibu Interaction / Movia

Our project aims to create a mobile application that will be a personal and essential guide for touring the city of Budapest. While you cruise through the city, this product will enable you to watch videos about interesting places near by, with the help of mobile Internet. These videos are created by researchers from Kitchen Budapest with the help of a friendly-faced Hungarian stand-up comedian.

Kibu Interaction / [origo] maps

[origo] maps is a location-based search software application for mobile devices. While exploring Hungarian cities you can quickly look up information of nearby stores and resources with a simple search. Useful searches would include ATMs, bars, museums, hair-dressers, bike stores, etc.
