On 4th February 2010 the international, thematic exhibition, Kinetica Art Fair, will open for the second time in London. KIBU researchers developed two kinetic installations: LANdelion, a blow-sensitive dandelion, and POP, a set of playful lamps capable of learning
iGarden project was invited to be exhibited at Quadrilateral Biennale at the Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art in Rijeka, Croatia.
A guy is holding a smartphone in his hand broadcasting a live video directly from the mobile. He was Pouria, part of Bambuser team, and we met him on NEXT 6. festival at denmark in April this year.
Later we were introduced to Mans, leader of Bambuser project. Now he will present his recent projects like Bambuser and Lokaliker in Kitchen Budapest.

Kitchen Budapest is organizing a Japanese Device Art program in Budapest for showing and promoting the Japanese Art, Design and Technology in Hungary. We invited Nina Czegledy, the freelance curator to make an exhibition and a screening program with Japanese participants and KIBU is making a workshop with the above topic.
Here we go again! On the first KIBU event in 2009 we would like to swell your heart and enlarge your soul with our new projects... Come and hone your senses in the tone of spring!
"Spirit of the Spring" is open to the public on March 27, Friday afternoon, from 3pm to 7pm at Kitchen Budapest media lab (Biblia Köz, Ráday u 30, Budapest)

HC Gilje works with realtime environments, installations, live performance, set design and singlechannel video.
Gilje has presented his work through different channels throughout the world: in concert-venues,theatre and cinema venues, galleries, festivals and through several international dvd releases, including 242.pilots live in Bruxelles on New York label Carpark and Cityscapes on Paris-label Lowave.
He was a member of the video-impro trio 242.pilots, and was also the visual motor of kreutzerkompani.

Kitchen Budapest is offering guest researcher positions for dedicated professionals, artists, engineers, interested in the convergence of new media and actual spaces, cultural experiences, new communities, and are highly motivated to create such projects in teams.
Beatriz Herraez – curator of Centro Cultural Montehermoso Kulturunea (Vitoria-Gasteiz, Spain) – gives a lecture in Kitchen Budapest on 4 May 2009 at 6pm about the goals of a contemporary art centre in the Basque capital, as well as her recent projects.
